1. General Refund Terms
Refunds are processed only for eligible services under supplier/airline policies.
Refund value may vary after deducting cancellation charges, taxes, and service/processing fees.
Some services are non-refundable such as visa fees, insurance, festival dates, peak season, or promotional deals.
2. Cancellation Based Refunds
Refund percentage may vary based on cancellation time:
- 30+ days before travel: Up to 80% refund
- 15–20 days before travel: Up to 50% refund
- 7–14 days before travel: Up to 25% refund
- Less than 7 days / No Show: No refund
Exact amount depends on supplier policies and destination rules.
3. Airline Tickets
Refund strictly depends on airline fare rules.
Zero-refund fares or restrictive tickets may not qualify for refund.
Service and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
4. Hotel Bookings
Hotel cancellations follow respective hotel policies.
Bookings during peak season/long weekends are usually non-refundable.
Unused nights or early check-out are non-refundable.
5. Sightseeing, Transfers & Activities
No refund for missed SIC transfers due to late reporting.
Cruise, ferry, theme park, and attraction tickets may be non-refundable once issued.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and extra charges.
6. Visa & Travel Insurance
Visa and insurance payments are strictly non-refundable as they are processed by government/third-party authorities.
7. Refund Time Frame
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
International transactions may require additional time depending on banking channels.
8. Force Majeure Situations
No refund will apply for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or any event beyond company control.
In such cases, rescheduling may be offered as per supplier rules.
9. Incorrect Information by Customer
Refund is not applicable if the booking fails due to incorrect travel details, passport information, late arrival, or visa rejection due to documentation issues.
10. Refund Mode
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment or registered bank account.
No cash refunds are provided.
11. Service & Processing Charges
Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and company service charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
