1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
2. Services Offered
Holiday Package Deal provides a platform for booking travel-related services including flights, hotels, transfers, car rentals, tour packages and travel insurance.
All bookings are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are subject to change and may not include GST, taxes, or additional charges unless specified.
100% payment of total land + air billing must be made in advance to block and confirm services.
Payment methods accepted are those stated on our website or invoice.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
4. Booking Policy
All booking details must match government ID / passport details.
A booking is considered confirmed only after advance payment & written confirmation from Holiday Package Deal.
Remaining balance must be paid as per payment schedule mentioned in the confirmation email.
Non-payment may lead to automatic cancellation without refund.
5. Amendments & Cancellations
All amendments are subject to availability and applicable charges.
Cancellations are governed by airline, hotel & service provider policies.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–14 working days (subject to supplier policy).
Cancellation Charges:
30 days or more before travel – 20% of total cost
15–20 days before travel – 50% of total cost
7–14 days before travel – 75% of total cost
Less than 7 days / No show – 100% of total cost
6. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate details during booking.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and entry requirements.
Late arrival for SIC transfers will be counted as “No Show” with no refund.
7. Important Notes
Transportation is not on disposal basis. Extra usage will be chargeable.
Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability & hotel policy.
Change in hotel, flights, or services is subject to availability & charges.
Package cost is based on number of travellers. Any change may alter pricing.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Holiday Package Deal shall not be responsible for delays, injury, loss, damage, or natural calamities beyond its control.
Airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruises, and other service providers operate independently and are not employees or agents of Holiday Package Deal.
We are not liable for deficiency in services, delays, cancellations due to weather or operational issues.
