Terms & Condition:
Booking Confirmation & Payment Schedule:
1) All booking are subjects to availability at the time of confirmation.
2) A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the required advance payment & issuance of a confirmation invoice/receipt.
3) Verbal confirmation is not binding unless supported by written confirmation.
4) Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment of 25%-50% of the total package cost is mandatory at the time of booking.
5) Balance Payment: the remaining balance amount must be paid before ticket issuance/hotel confirmation/departure as specified.
6) Hotel depends on availability(priceof hotels may fluctuate during actual booking time)
6) Non Payment: Failure to pay the balance amount within the estimated timeline may result in automatic cancellation without further notice.
Non-Refundable Clause:
1) Services such as flight tickets, hotel booking, train tickets, visas, cruise booking, transfers may be non-refundable.(depends on supplier service policies)
2) Once such services are booked, no refund shall be applicable, irrespective of cancellation reason especially during blackout dates and peak season.
3) Flights issued under of special fare/discounted fare/promotional fare/group or deal fare are special strictly non-refundable.(Once booked and ticketed, no cancellation, refund, or reversal shall be permitted under any circumstances.)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation charges are applicable as per airline, hotel, transport, and supplier policies.
Company service fees, convenience charges and administrative fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation request must be made in writing via email or official communication.
No verbal or whatsapp cancelation shall be considered valid unless acknowledge in writing.
No Show-Policy:
1) In case of no show, late arrivals or failure to report at the schedule time,100% charges shall apply.
2) No refund or rescheduling will be permitted for no show .
Amendments /Date change:
1) Any change in travel dates, passenger names or services is subject to availability,at the airline, hotel rules and additional charges.
2) Fare difference and amendments fees, if any must be borne by the clients.
Refund Process & Condition:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving confirmation from suppliers.(Airline, Hotels and transfer vendors).
Refund timeline range from 7 to 21 working days, depending airlines, hotels and other vendors.
The company is not responsible for delay caused by third-party suppliers or banks.
Pricing & Taxes:
Packages prices are based on current fares, taxes and exchange rate.
Any increase in taxes, surcharges, GST, TCS or government levies shall be payable by the client, even after booking confirmation.
Force/Unexpected Majeure:
1) The company shall not be liable for delay, cancellation or change cause due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, weather condition or government restrictions.
2) In above such case, refunds or rescheduling shall be governed strictly by suppliers policies.(airline, hotels, and transfer vendors).
Company Liability:
The company acts only as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, transport and other services providers.
The company shall be not be responsible for loss, injury, accidents, delay, theft or inconvenience caused by third parties.
Dispute & Jurisdiction:
1) Any dispute arising out of booking or payments shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at Delhi only.
2) All booking are governed by suppliers policies and prevailing travel industry norms. The terms apply to all travelers included in the booking.
