1. Tour Package Cancellations

15+ days before departure: Full refund (excluding booking/processing fees)

7 - 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount

Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

2. Date Change / Exchange Requests

You may reschedule your trip at least 10 days in advance, subject to availability and fare differences.

A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the package and season.

3. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-refundable components such as flight tickets, visa fees, or special permits will not be refunded.

4. Merchandise Exchange

Unused merchandise (like souvenirs or travel accessories) may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in original packaging; shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

5. No-show and Early Departure

No refunds will be provided in case of no-shows or early departures from the trip.

6. Force Majeure Clause

We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics. However, we will do our best to offer credit or rescheduling options.
